Chattanooga, TN — 9/20/23 Southeastern Tile and Masonry joined CarpetsPlus COLORTILE and now has a brand new flooring showroom. They are looking forward to beginning this new partnership with CarpetsPlus COLORTILE and creating a simple experience of shopping for customers with flooring needs in the Opelika and Auburn area.
Putting COLORTILE displays together for Southeastern Tile & Masonry
Southeastern Tile and Masonry was established in 2018 by co-owners Wes Parker and Wally Gentry. After working in various construction jobs and learning the ropes, they identified a need in the industry and created a company that would cater to all the flooring, masonry, and hardscaping needs of their clients, both residential and commercial.
Wally Gentry is a 2006 graduate of Central High School in Phenix City, Alabama and a 2011 graduate of Auburn University. After college, Wally embarked on a career in construction at Wayne Gentry Builders, where he continues to serve as Owner and Project Manager in addition to his role at Southeastern Tile and Masonry.
Wes Parker is a 2005 graduate of Enterprise High School in Enterprise, Alabama and a 2011 graduate of Troy University. Playing on the Troy University Golf Team from 2005-2009 led Wes into a position as Tournament Manager of the Southeastern Junior Golf Tour from 2009 until 2014. From there, he entered the construction industry as a Sales Representative for South Alabama Brick Company until 2017. From 2017 until 2020 he acted as a Project Manager for Michael Allen Homes before deciding to go full-time with Southeastern Tile and Masonry as the business continues to gain steam.
