Chattanooga, TN — 10/30/23 Alliance Flooring recently held a special event just for Perfect Home early adopters, from Sunday through Wednesday, October 22-25, at Barnsley Resort in Adairsville, GA, to show their appreciation for the first 50 dealers who made the investment in the Perfect Home selling solution, their new comprehensive merchandising and technology platform.

Suppliers involved in the carpet rollout, which is happening right now, were also at the event as well as the suppliers for the hard surface phase, which will be debuting in early Q2 2024. They were there to show products and train members about those styles included in Perfect Home.

Ryan Dunn and Kevin Logue kicked off the event with a Town Hall to welcome members and explain what they hoped to accomplish at the gathering. They also laid out next steps and future plans for the Perfect Home selling solution.

Monday began with round tables to gather input from members about hard surface products that might be included in Perfect Home, Phase 1B. Members were able to give their input as to which hard surface products should be included by checking off their favorite LVT, LVP and Laminate selections.

Kevin Logue, Alliance’s co-President and CEO, gave a little insight to the reason they got together, “We previewed the hard surface portion of the program and let members weigh in on the style and assortment of the program. They are very excited, and the feedback we received has been great. We also held the Tech Expo with our technology partners to make sure members are aware of everything they have available to them.”

Ryan Dunn, Alliance co-President and CEO, said, “We appreciate all the support from our vendors and our members. We previewed a new member portal with more features they requested, and it went over very well. This has been a great show.”

Member Don Cantor was glad members were able to have input about product selection. He said, “It’s great to have input upfront. We really enjoyed the round tables. The whole experience at the Showcase was very positive.”

The round tables were with the technology suppliers on Tuesday. The “Tech Avengers” technology partners were also in attendance during the Tech Expo round table event to make sure their Perfect Home dealers are taking full advantage of all the new tools available to them. Their Tech Avengers are Roomvo, Mobile Marketing, SamplesApp, Form Films, along with new technology suppliers Showroom Pricing and QFloors. 

Members were able to have a little fun participating in resort activities and also treated to a mill tour of Engineered Floors’ impressive SAM Plant in Dalton.
