Lexington, KY — After attending this year’s Alliance Flooring convention in San Antonio, TX and participating in conversations around growth, showroom strategy, and customer experience, the Karrianna Flooring team made the decision to upgrade their showroom to the Perfect Home selling system as part of a larger showroom transformation and expansion project.
Recently, seven members of the Alliance Flooring team hit the road to Lexington, KY to help bring the vision to life. The project was a true team effort from start to finish! Karrianna Flooring was recently able to take over the lease of their entire building, allowing them to knock down walls and dramatically expand their showroom footprint. The result is a bright, welcoming space filled with natural light and an elevated customer shopping experience that beautifully showcases the Perfect Home program.
As part of the transition, the team was also able to consolidate several open-line displays thanks to crossover products already represented within the Perfect Home program. The updated showroom now offers a cleaner, more cohesive shopping experience while maximizing product presentation and showroom efficiency.
More than just a showroom refresh, the project reflects Karrianna Flooring’s continued investment in the future of their business and the experience they want to create for every customer who walks through their doors. The transformation is absolutely gorgeous, and the excitement from the Karrianna team was felt throughout the entire setup process!
“I’ve never seen Richard and Adreona (co-owners) this fired up. They are over the moon with this complete showroom remodel and new merchandising. We are so excited for the future,” Marian Rivera, Karrianna flooring consultant and social media manager, commented.
Adreona Rivera, co-owner, also noticed, “We were still open during the new merchandising setup, so customers were coming in. I saw that our first customers who came in walked straight to our new Perfect Home boutique and find their carpet. It was so satisfying to see this already working for us. It’s so easy to shop.”
Karrianna Flooring officially celebrated the transformation with a Grand Re-Opening event on Friday, May 29th. The event featured a food truck, raffle giveaways, and even glow-in-the-dark squishy making for kids, creating a fun, family-friendly celebration for the local community.
