Chattanooga, TN — Michael Smith, owner of Floor Xpo in Conroe, TX, has joined our Alliance Flooring family as a new CarpetsPlus COLORTILE member! His right hand, manager Christie Witherspoon, attended our 2026 Innovate Convention in San Antonio and after a short conversation they made the decision to join CarpetsPlus. After moving from Virginia to Texas, he opened his store in 2018 and carries all flooring categories including great selections of hardwood, tile, carpet, laminate and luxury vinyl.
Floor Xpo is comprised of a team of flooring professionals who are passionate about what they do. Their team has decades of experience and a diversity of skills that range from interior design to flooring trends to custom installation and countertops. Their entire staff continually learns through education, experience and relationships allowing them to deliver the best possible end result for their customers.
Christie is a go-getter and has been teaching continuing education classes to Realtors about flooring for some time now. It has allowed her to make real relationships with them which has resulted in new business. Her nursing background helps with dealing with people also.
Michael and Christie have immediately begun promoting their relationship with CarpetsPlus COLORTILE.
